Reading is an investment !
15 minutes out of your day for an escape into another world, a reduction in stress, peace of mind and new knowledge. Reading, if only for a moment, also develops the creativity and imagination buried within us. 44% of young people today read the classics, such as the novels and comics we all know. Manga is not excluded from their reading, nor are magazines, which are periodical pictorial publications on a variety of subjects (topical or otherwise). Why not increase this rate and start investing now ? All you have to do is find the type of book that's right for you, and you'll see the benefits.
Writing, souls voices
The battle between the heart and the brain defines human complexity. Especially during youth, a time when we can easily feel overwhelmed by our problems, because of a lack of experience or internal state skills. In such moments, writing can be our best friend. Even if all the doors seem closed, we’ll always have a pen and a paper to express our feelings. After all, what’s better than exploring the depth of our thoughts to escape reality as well as experience a new intern dimension. Or even to confront our inner demons. That self expression concept is called “journalling”. Moreover, poetry allows us to be sensitive, and admire that identity freely. Writing creates lots of new world visions and opens the door to new perspectives. It’s the voice of souls, the escape of our spirit.
Sport, a passion that transcends borders
We may be divided by borders, but one passion unites us all: sport. This means of entertainment and relaxation first appeared thousands of years ago in competitions organized in ancient civilizations such as Olympus and Rome. There are many teams and athletes who are admired by all. Formula 1, with its thrilling races, state-of-the-art cars and talented drivers, offers an unrivaled spectacle. The next Grand Prix takes place on November 24 in Las Vegas. The suspense is at its height: will the indestructible Verstappen come down from his pedestal? Team sports are also stirring the hearts of fans. While the Cavaliers seem invincible on the basketball front, on the soccer front it's the Liverpool Reds who top the Premier League standings. Everything in sport gets people talking: Rodri's Golden Ball, Alcaraz's elimination from the ATP qualifying competition... that's what makes the sporting world tick.
Art, life colors
Art is a way for students to express themselves, to develop their creativity, but above all, it allows them to decompress and improve focus.Scrapbooking is a method to preserve memories and for reflections. All you need is an empty notebook and a little creativity. That's not all, maybe you prefer drawing? Often lost in their own emotions, drawing offers young people a kind of escape from this world. But not only for self-expression, drawing represents for some a real pleasure : it allows them to create everything they dream of without limits. So grab some pencils, a sheet of paper, and you're done! How about a little bit of music? Lyrics or instrumentals have the power to deliver unsent messages.…I bet you’ve see at least one student study with their headphones on.

Have you noticed how addicted we all are to movies and TV series ? Honestly, who can resist immersing themselves in crazy stories after a busy day ? Whether it's dramas that make us cry, comedies that make us laugh out loud, or thrillers that keep us on the edge of our seats with their captivating plots, there's something for everyone !
Cinema is a great way for today's young people to take a break from reality, travel and learn something new. As you can see, it's not only books that provide access to all this. Some people don't like reading at all, preferring instead to watch films, series, anime, etc. Recently, the film Through my window and Outer banks caused a stir among young people, with lots of positive feedback. Past hobbies comebacks
Sometimes, what you wear says a lot about you. And what if you created yourself what you wear. Crocheting is an activity that consists of using yarn and a crochet to make things such as clothes or plushies. Apart from allowing you to express yourself, you learn a new skill and you can tell people with pride that you made your clothes yourself. (With the present weather, what people find really interesting are tops and meshed tops with sleeves.) All you have to do is buy some yarn and a crochet to get started. There are a lot of tutorials out there, on the internet, who will teach you all you need to know.
