Snowmen are one of the best activities to do in the snow but did you ever wonder why people invented snowmen?

Snowmen were invented in the Middle ages and they have been around for centuries.

They invented snowmen as a symbol of hope for the coming of spring and also to deal with harsh, cold winters as a means of coping.It also represents the season’s spirit and brings happiness in festivity.

According to the historian Bob Eckstein no one really knows how invented the first snowman but it was invented in the 7th CE in northern China.

Here are now some tips to make the best snowman:

1. Use the right snow

Powdery snow is not a good option cause it doesn’t pack well,use snow that is slightly wet that sticks together

2. Start with a strong base

To make a sturdy snowman the base should be big and wide.When you roll the snowball, be sure to pack it tightly to ensure it’s sturdy enough to hold the layers placed on top.

3. Create the middle head

Stack the two heads carefully (one slightly smaller and the other even smaller) and also press them together.

4. Add personality

Don’t forget to add your own personality to the snowman you are making

5. Male it last

Stray it with water will make it stay longer because the water will freeze and help the snowman stay sturdy.
