Intel "Ultra" Core CPUs

FLOP OR SUCCESS?            

Intel is a famous brand known for their central processing units meant for both gaming and productivity, and naturally, every once in a while, they release a new generation of CPUs.

On October 24th, 2024, they've released their new generation, titled Intel core Ultra in order to compete against their rival, AMD ryzen, who have gained the upper hand in marketing following instability issues to the previous generation Intel processors of 13th and 14th gen. With this new release, intel hopes to gain the lead again.

However, about 2 weeks into their release, user have reported instability issues similar to the previous generations, which Intel did comment about, stating they would release fixes that may fix the issues and even provide performance gains.

Currently, the Ryzen 9 7950x beats the Core i9 Ultra 285k in gaming, but due to its amount of threads and cores, it is still unmatched for productivity workloads.

However even during such productivity workloads,those instability issues are still, well, an issue.

AMD is still the safer option,in my opinion.They aren't far behind in terms of productivity possibilities, and are far better than intel in terms of gaming.
